YPSF...

• is the only charitable sector organisation in the Greater Manchester area which provides a 'one stop shop' service for homeless young  people;
• provides a valuable and effective holistic approach to homeless young  people to help them to make informed decisions about their lives;
• offers homeless young people a wide range of flexible services and empowers them to effect personal change;
• provides unlimited support to enable homeless young people to achieve independent living;
• listens to the views of homeless young people, acting appropriately  according to their needs and wishes;
• is the preferred choice of homeless young people. YPSF is a unique local organisation providing a bespoke service tailored to the emotional and practical needs of each homeless young person. It is not a statutory service, does not judge and offers independent advice and information. For homeless young people, YPSF is the preferred local choice for support;
• leads the way through the proactive involvement of homeless young people in the design and delivery of its services;
• provides a holistic and inclusive approach to the needs of homeless young people;
• advocates the use of a strong and effective multi-agency approach to tackle the needs of homelessness young people;
• links where possible with local, sub regional, regional and national  government strategies, policies and legislation;
• is creative, innovative and flexible in its approach to service delivery.
